We are partnering with a growing, forward-thinking organization to identify a Project Liaison who will play a key role in advancing data center and hybrid energy park projects. This is a highly relationship-driven position focused on working with landowners, community leaders, and stakeholders to move projects from early-stage development through permitting and into pre-construction. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building trust, navigating complex environments, and helping bring impactful infrastructure projects to life.

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Location: Fargo, ND
Compensation: $120k - $150k/year, DOE;competitive benefits package

Position Overview:

• 
  Lead development activities for data center and hybrid energy park projects from early-stage planning through permitting and pre-construction.
  
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, community leaders, and key stakeholders.
  
• 
  Represent the company at community events, public hearings, and stakeholder meetings.
  
• 
  Coordinate permitting efforts and support land negotiations.
  
• 
  Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, and reporting.
  
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, finance, and construction.
  
• 
  Oversee consultants and support regulatory and public affairs efforts.
