    Emergent Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support project scheduling, system deployment tracking, and cross-team coordination. This role works closely with customers, field sites, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This position is located in Fairfax, VA.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage project schedules, timelines, and system deployment tracking.

    • Track and maintain team and project action items.

    • Facilitate and monitor project purchasing, documentation, and research activities.

    • Coordinate and communicate project plans and updates with customers, field sites, and internal team members.

    • Initiate and follow up on field communications to ensure timely coordination.

    • Develop and deliver project briefings for stakeholders.

    • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.

    • Leverage experience and relationships across the customer organization, internal groups, and external partners.

    • Create, update, and maintain project documentation, including PMF deliverables.

    • Coordinate with customer security organizations to support project certification and accreditation requirements.

    • Manage resource and office access requirements in support of project needs.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum of 11 years of relevant professional experience.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be substituted.

    • Technical/Professional Training: Additional technical or specialty training and certifications are a plus.

    • Weapons Certification: Not required.

    • Professional License or Certification: Not required.
