Emergent Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support project scheduling, system deployment tracking, and cross-team coordination. This role works closely with customers, field sites, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This position is located in Fairfax, VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and system deployment tracking.
- Track and maintain team and project action items.
- Facilitate and monitor project purchasing, documentation, and research activities.
- Coordinate and communicate project plans and updates with customers, field sites, and internal team members.
- Initiate and follow up on field communications to ensure timely coordination.
- Develop and deliver project briefings for stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.
- Leverage experience and relationships across the customer organization, internal groups, and external partners.
- Create, update, and maintain project documentation, including PMF deliverables.
- Coordinate with customer security organizations to support project certification and accreditation requirements.
- Manage resource and office access requirements in support of project needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 11 years of relevant professional experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Technical/Professional Training: Additional technical or specialty training and certifications are a plus.
- Weapons Certification: Not required.
- Professional License or Certification: Not required.
