Project Financial Controller – Construction (On -Site/Hybrid)<\/b>
<\/p>

This is a full -time role supporting the financial management of a large -scale data center construction project<\/b>. The Construction Site Controller will play a key role in cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting<\/b>, working closely with project leadership to provide accurate and timely insights into overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>
• Manage project budget setup, cost coding, and ongoing cost tracking
<\/div>
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections
<\/div>
• Monitor cost performance, identifying variances and potential risks
<\/div>
• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to align financials with field progress
<\/div>
• Support subcontractor financials, including commitments and pay applications
<\/div>
• Track and manage change orders, ensuring accurate cost impact reporting
<\/div>
• Maintain visibility into committed, actual, and forecasted costs
<\/div>
• Assist with procurement and commitment tracking
<\/div>
• Support month -end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations
<\/div>
• Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and documentation standards
<\/div>
• Coordinate with corporate finance and accounting teams as needed
<\/div>

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related field
<\/div>
• 5+ years of experience in construction cost control, project accounting, or project controls
<\/div>
• Experience supporting large -scale construction projects (data center or mission -critical preferred)
<\/div>
• Familiarity with construction contracts, billing, and cost structures
<\/div>
• Experience with systems such as Procore, SAP, Oracle, or similar
<\/div>
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
<\/div>
• Ability to work on -site as required, especially during initial project phase
<\/div>
