    • Maintain comprehensive project financial documentation, including cost databases, change order logs, budget revisions, lien waiver records, and financial models; ensure files are current, organized, and audit ready.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements in job costing, reporting, and financial workflows; participate in reviews and assist in implementing best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
    • Assist with project close-out activities, including final cost reconciliations, profitability analysis, and lessons learned documentation.
    • Perform other duties and special projects assigned to support the accounting and finance team, project execution, and the overall success of the company.

    • 2+ years of experience in project financial analysis, cost control, project accounting, or a related analytical role, preferably in the construction industry, subcontracting, or project-based environments.
    • Prior exposure to construction-specific financial tracking (e.g., budget vs. actual analysis, cost-to-complete forecasting, variance reporting, earned value management) is highly desirable.
    • Experience working with project teams in a deadline-driven, fast-paced setting and supporting multiple simultaneous projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, insightful financial reports and contribute to cost-saving or profitability initiatives.
