    POSITION SUMMARYEntrega is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to lead the financial management, analysis, forecasting, and financial performance visibility of our client engagements.

    This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the financial discipline required to understand and improve project performance across Entrega's professional services portfolio. The Project Finance Manager will partner closely with Finance, Client Delivery, Client Services, Resource Operations, and business leadership to provide visibility into project revenue, costs, profitability, resource economics, forecasts, and financial risks and opportunities.

    The Project Finance Manager will oversee project financial reporting and analysis, strengthen forecasting and financial controls, identify performance trends, and ensure leadership has accurate and actionable financial information to support decision-making. The role will also help establish scalable project-finance processes, reporting standards, tools, and controls as Entrega continues to grow.

    This is a hands-on management role for a finance professional who can move effectively between detailed financial analysis and broader business leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong project-finance and analytical expertise with business judgment, operational understanding, leadership, and the ability to influence financial outcomes across multiple teams and client engagements.

    • Project Financial Management
      • Lead the financial management and oversight of Entrega's client engagements and project portfolio.
      • Establish consistent practices for monitoring project revenue, costs, profitability, resource economics, and other key financial measures.
      • Partner with project and delivery leadership to understand the financial drivers of engagement performance.
      • Identify financial risks, unfavorable trends, and opportunities early and work with appropriate leaders to develop corrective actions.
      • Provide financial guidance and analysis that helps business leaders make informed decisions throughout the lifecycle of client engagements.
      • Promote strong financial accountability and discipline across project teams and business functions.
    • Financial Analysis & Performance Reporting
      • Lead recurring analysis and reporting of project and portfolio financial performance.
      • Develop meaningful financial reporting that provides leadership with visibility into performance, trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
      • Analyze project and portfolio results to identify the underlying operational and financial drivers of performance.
      • Establish and maintain key financial performance indicators and management reporting.
      • Translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
      • Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, consistent, and actionable.
    • Forecasting & Budgeting
      • Lead project-level financial forecasting and support organizational budgeting and planning processes.
      • Establish forecasting practices that incorporate project demand, staffing, utilization, revenue, costs, and other relevant business assumptions.
      • Partner with Finance, Client Delivery, Client Services, Resource Operations, and other stakeholders to maintain current and reliable financial forecasts.
      • Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts and ensure material variances are understood.
      • Identify emerging financial risks and opportunities and incorporate them into forecasts and leadership reporting.
      • Continuously improve forecast accuracy, methodology, and visibility.
    • Project Economics & Profitability
      • Analyze the economics and profitability of client engagements, including revenue, labor costs, resource utilization, rates, staffing models, and other financial drivers.
      • Partner with business leaders to understand how project delivery and resource decisions affect financial performance.
      • Evaluate financial implications of changes in project scope, staffing, demand, schedules, rates, or delivery approach.
      • Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to support project and business decisions.
      • Identify opportunities to improve project profitability, resource economics, and financial performance.
      • Provide financial insights that support responsible growth and effective allocation of resources.
    • Financial Controls, Reconciliation & Compliance
      • Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls for project reporting, analysis, forecasting, and related processes.
      • Ensure financial and operational data used for project reporting is accurate, complete, and appropriately reconciled.
      • Oversee the investigation and resolution of material discrepancies across financial, project, and resource reporting sources.
      • Maintain appropriate documentation and financial records in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
      • Support audits, financial reviews, client compliance requirements, and other financial-control activities.
      • Ensure confidential financial, employee, client, and company information is handled with appropriate discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
    • Cross-Functional Financial Partnership
      • Serve as a financial partner to leaders responsible for client relationships, project delivery, resource management, and business operations.
      • Help leaders understand project financial performance and the financial implications of operational decisions.
      • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decisions involving staffing, project economics, client budgets, and delivery plans.
      • Facilitate productive discussions around financial performance, risks, forecasts, and corrective actions.
      • Build strong working relationships across Finance and operational functions while maintaining appropriate financial discipline and objectivity.
    • Project Finance Process & Capability Development
      • Develop and continuously improve Entrega's project-finance processes, standards, reporting, tools, and controls.
      • Establish scalable approaches to project financial management as the organization and client portfolio grow.
      • Identify opportunities to automate financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, and analytical workflows.
      • Improve the integration and consistency of financial, project, resource, and operational information.
      • Develop practical tools, documentation, and guidance that help business leaders understand and manage project financial performance.
      • Establish measures to evaluate the effectiveness and maturity of project-finance practices.
    • Team Leadership & Development
      • Provide leadership, direction, and development to Project Finance Analysts and other assigned team members as the function grows.
      • Establish clear expectations, priorities, and standards for financial analysis, reporting, and project-finance activities.
      • Review work for accuracy, quality, completeness, and business relevance.
      • Coach team members to strengthen their financial, analytical, business, and communication capabilities.
      • Build a high-accountability culture focused on accuracy, responsiveness, continuous improvement, and meaningful business partnership.

    QUALIFICATIONSThe following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.

    • Experience
      • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in project finance, FP&A, financial analysis, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
      • Demonstrated experience managing the financial performance of projects, client engagements, business units, or service portfolios.
      • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
      • Demonstrated experience translating financial and operational data into insights and recommendations for business leaders.
      • Experience developing or improving financial reporting, processes, controls, or analytical capabilities.
      • Experience partnering with operational and business leaders on financial performance and decision-making.
      • Experience leading or developing financial analysts or other finance professionals preferred.
      • Experience within professional services, consulting, technology services, or another project-based business environment strongly preferred.
    • Knowledge & Skills
      • Strong understanding of project finance, financial planning and analysis, project economics, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
      • Strong understanding of the financial drivers of professional services businesses, including revenue, labor costs, utilization, bill rates, staffing, and project profitability.
      • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities with the ability to evaluate complex financial and operational information.
      • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial, accounting, ERP, reporting, and business intelligence systems.
      • Ability to translate financial information into clear business insights and practical recommendations.
      • Strong business judgment with the ability to understand the operational drivers behind financial performance.
