This position will play a key role in negotiating and closing project financings while partnering closely with leadership, lenders, and investors. Title: Sr. Manager, Project Finance
Compensation: $130K–$160K base + bonus
Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid)
Position Overview
This is a senior, deal-facing role responsible for leading project finance transactions from structuring through execution, while partnering closely with internal leadership and external capital providers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project finance transactions from origination through close
- Structure and negotiate financing agreements with tax equity and debt partners
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis
- Support strategic decision-making across the project portfolio
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, legal, and operations teams
- Mentor and support junior team members as appropriate
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in project finance or renewable energy
- Proven track record leading and closing financing transactions
- Strong financial modeling and deal structuring experience
- Required: Renewable energy experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
