Seeking a Project Finance Consultant to support financial management of a ~$60M data center program. This role will assist with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial controls across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage project budgets (CapEx, OpEx, prepaids)
Support forecasting and variance analysis
Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reporting
Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams
Identify financial trends, risks, and discrepancies
Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or project finance
Experience supporting capital or large-scale projects preferred
Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP tools (Oracle preferred)
