Seeking a Field Engineer (0–5 years of experience) to support heavy highway and bridge projects. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals while building the technical and field experience needed to advance into Project Engineer, Superintendent, or Project Manager positions.
Support daily field operations
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and project documentation
Maintain daily reports and project records
Assist with scheduling and project coordination
Review plans and support quality control
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management
0–5 years of heavy civil construction experience
Heavy highway and/or bridge experience preferred
FE/EIT certification completed or pursuing preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
$85,000–$110,000, depending on experience
