Job Description

Provide executive oversight for water and wastewater treatment facility projects. Lead project managers, superintendents, engineers, and support teams. Manage project financial performance, forecasting, and budgets. Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients and engineering partners. Oversee project planning, execution, procurement, and risk management. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Support project pursuits, business development, and strategic growth initiatives. Drive resource planning and organizational performance improvements.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate Profile: Significant experience in water and wastewater treatment plant construction. Proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects. Strong leadership experience overseeing multiple project teams. Experience working with municipal or public utility clients. Strategic thinker with strong operational and financial management skills. Ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
