Project Executive
The Project Executive is responsible for:
- In office daily - Bridgewater MA + travel to project sites as needed (greater Boston)
- Providing operational oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Leading internal project teams and managing cross-functional coordination
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction across all phases
- Overseeing financial reporting, risk analysis, and subcontractor performance
- Conducting monthly project reviews and staffing evaluations
- Attending owner meetings, site visits, and subcontractor progress meetings
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of owner applications

The right Project Executive has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
- 10-15+ years of experience in construction management
- Proven experience in ground-up multifamily, assisted living, or hospitality projects
- Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License
- OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; Spectrum and Procore experience preferred
- LEED AP or LEED training encouraged
