• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale manufacturing and industrial facilities.
• Provide executive-level oversight of project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership.
• Drive project performance related to budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Support preconstruction efforts, risk management strategies, and operational planning.
• Mentor and develop project management personnel to ensure long-term team success.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on future business opportunities and regional growth initiatives.

For the Project Executive we are seeking:

• Proven experience leading large industrial or manufacturing construction projects.
• Strong background in facilities such as manufacturing plants, factories, food & beverage facilities, cold storage, processing facilities, or other industrial developments.
• Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $100M to $400M+ in construction value.
• Ability to oversee multiple stakeholders and drive successful project execution.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment and career progression.
• Experience within a General Contractor environment.
• Previous leadership experience managing Project Managers and project teams.
• Comfortable working within a diverse, international corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
