Project ExecutiveThe Project Executive will be responsible for:Providing leadership and oversight for multiple Project Managers and active construction projects simultaneously.Driving project execution from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, housing authorities, and property management groups.Building and maintaining strong relationships with field personnel, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.Mentoring, developing, and supporting project teams to maximize performance and project success.Managing large change orders, project risks, and complex operational challenges.Traveling throughout the Mid-Atlantic region as required to support projects and client relationships.Operating independently while collaborating closely with executive leadership.Supporting strategic growth initiatives and helping attract top construction talent through industry relationships.Playing a key role in expanding the organization's footprint within the DC market and surrounding regions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
