Lead a growing Multifamily divisionESOP + bonus potential + vehicle allowance * Experience leading multifamily podium construction projects. * Provide executive oversight for multifamily and mixed-use projects valued up to $100M

* Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams

* Partner with preconstruction and operations teams to drive project strategy and execution

* Manage client relationships, project financials, risk mitigation, and overall project performance

* Support hiring, talent development, and division growth initiatives

* Experience with Procore, MS Project, preconstruction, and operations leadership

$150,000 - $175,000 base salary + ESOP + bonus potential
