This opportunity is with a well-established and highly respected general contractor recognized for delivering complex healthcare projects across the Southeast. Oversee multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously, including ground-up and occupied renovation work. Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Operations teams. Maintain and strengthen relationships with healthcare systems, owners, architects, and trade partners. Lead project strategy related to budget, schedule, risk management, and client satisfaction. Support preconstruction efforts, business development initiatives, and pursuit strategies. Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and operational excellence standards.

Extensive experience managing and leading ground-up and interior healthcare construction projects. Proven success overseeing large, complex healthcare projects from preconstruction through completion. Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements, including operations in occupied environments. Experience managing multiple project teams and large portfolios of work. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
