Job Description
The responsibilities of a Project Executive:
- Lead large-scale construction projects from planning through project closeout.
- Provide strategic oversight of project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
- Manage project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- Oversee estimating, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial performance.
- Direct project staffing and mentor team members to support growth and development.
- Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive successful project delivery while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
- Identify challenges proactively and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, contractual obligations, and company standards.
- Foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Executive should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15+ years of construction industry experience.
- 10+ years of experience working with a general contractor.
- Proven experience leading projects ranging from $75 million to $500 million+.
- Diverse project background including renovations and large ground-up construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, project controls, accounting, document management, and industry practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and empower others to achieve results.
- Experience with scheduling software and construction technology platforms.
- Experience with Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred.
- LEED project experience or certification exposure preferred.
- Strong commitment to client service, professionalism, and ethical leadership.
