Job Description

Serve as the executive-level point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Lead the successful execution of large-scale hyperscale data center projects and campus developments. 10 on 4 off travel schedule, must be open to national travel after project (4+ years). Drive project strategy, budget performance, scheduling, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. Oversee complex contract administration, joint venture relationships, and specialized systems coordination. Provide leadership across field operations, project management, preconstruction, and supply chain teams. Champion a culture focused on safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. Support future national project pursuits and mobilizations following project completion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within commercial construction. 7-10+ years dedicated exclusively to mission-critical or data center construction projects. Proven experience delivering hyperscale data center projects, campuses, or large-scale advanced technology facilities. Demonstrated success leading projects exceeding 100MW phases with exposure to multi-phase campus developments. Strong understanding of data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, high-voltage infrastructure, cooling systems, and commissioning processes. Extensive experience managing complex construction contracts, technical exhibits, and commercial project agreements. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Willingness to travel nationally on a 10-days-on / 4-days-off rotation and relocate near project assignments when required. Experience within semiconductor, battery manufacturing, advanced technology, or similar highly technical environments is advantageous.
