Description

Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, the Project Executive will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across multiple commercial construction projects while supporting business growth and client development efforts.

  • Oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects valued between $10M and $70M+
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and community stakeholders
  • Drive project performance related to schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Support business development initiatives and help expand the organization's presence within the Oklahoma market
  • Collaborate with operational and executive leadership on staffing, forecasting, and project strategy
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful project outcomes across multiple sectors

Profile

For the Project Executive we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects valued between $10M and $70M+
  • Experience within healthcare, tribal, higher education, K-12, municipal, office, or public-sector construction environments
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop project teams
  • Established industry relationships within Oklahoma are highly desirable
  • Experience with construction management, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and operational oversight
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and business development capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
