Project Executive - Commercial Drywall - Alexandria, VAThe Project Executive - Commercial Drywall - Alexandria, VA will be responsible for:Lead the successful execution of multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, cultivating long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional project delivery.Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and helping secure new projects.Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, superintendents, and field teams.Oversee project schedules, operational performance, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.Monitor project budgets, forecasting, profitability, and overall financial health.Collaborate with executive leadership to expand the company's presence throughout the Southern Virginia market.Conduct regular visits to active project sites across the Richmond and Norfolk regions.Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.Drive client satisfaction and support the continued growth of the business.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
