GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a Midwest construction management firm delivering commercial projects through CM at risk, CM agency and design-build. The company is adding a Project Executive and Senior Project Manager - Commercial to its team in Des Moines, IA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Ground-up experience across diverse commercial project types.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning and design through construction under CM at risk, CM agency and design-build delivery
• Oversee a portfolio of projects and project teams
• Lead client relationships and pursue new work
• Own financial performance and team development
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting

Requirements

• Ground-up experience across diverse commercial project types.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
