Lead all operational aspects of multiple ground-up affordable housing projects. Manage project teams, staffing strategy, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Oversee project performance from preconstruction through closeout. Partner with senior leadership to support long-term regional growth initiatives. Ensure safety, quality, financial, and schedule objectives are consistently achieved.

A successful Project Executive should have: effective communication and negotiation abilities. Proven Project Executive, Director, or Senior Operations leadership experience with a general contractor. Strong background delivering ground-up multifamily or affordable housing projects. Experience managing multiple large-scale developments simultaneously. Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills. Florida construction experience with a reputable contractor or developer preferred.
