• Lead all operational aspects of multiple ground-up affordable housing projects
• Manage project teams, staffing strategy, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Oversee project performance from preconstruction through closeout
• Partner with senior leadership to support long-term regional growth initiatives
• Ensure safety, quality, financial, and schedule objectives are consistently achieved

• Florida construction experience with a reputable contractor or developer preferred
