Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation
  
• Strong proficiency in Construction Estimating and associated tools
  
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  
• Experience in BIM or construction technology software is a plus
