We have an immediate opening for a Project Estimator!
Hours:
8:00AM 5:00PM, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals by reviewing project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Support the outside sales team by managing project estimates and providing exceptional customer service.
- Review CAD drawings and project documents to determine material, labor, and hardware requirements.
- Create Bills of Materials (BOMs), calculate measurements, and develop installation instructions when needed.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and technical support teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Communicate with customers regarding quotes, project updates, lead times, and order status.
- Assist with managing multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in project estimating, project management, sales support, or a related field.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other Autodesk software preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to interpret measurements, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday
