We are seeking to hire a Project Engineering Associate Manager for our Grand Prairie TX site.
The workload manager for the PAC-3 Sustainment Program will translate program vision into a fully tested, data driven solution that monitors and optimizes both current and future U.S. and FMS missile workloads. In this role you will develop analytics and tools that support missile and supplier capacity, drive program affordability, and mitigate execution, material, and obsolescence risks. Responsibilities span the full spectrum of workload management-from coordinating with production, Global Supply Chain (GSC)/suppliers, Global Sustainment (GS) material readiness, planning, and program teams to deliver real-time execution analytics for missiles in process, to partnering with program, production, international, and finance stakeholders to forecast strategic workload needs.
