Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer – High-Speed Manufacturing

A growing manufacturing company in the Williamsport, PA area is seeking a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer for a Direct Hire opportunity. This position will lead capital equipment and manufacturing projects within a high-speed, 24/7 production environment.

Salary: $75,000–$130,000 based on experience
Bonus: 10% performance bonus + 5% quarterly incentive plan
Relocation assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Qualified candidates will have most of the following:

• 5+ years of Project Engineering experience in high-speed manufacturing
• Experience managing capital projects and equipment installations, including projects up to $25M+
• Experience with capital equipment procurement and supplier management
• Knowledge of conveyors, packaging equipment, injection molding, or automated manufacturing equipment preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong project leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
