THE WORK

Project Manager supporting RMS production operations. This role will support programs that operate out of our Orlando, FL and La Mesa, Mexico factories.

This role will include CAM responsibility and total ownership of quality, cost, and schedule performance for their assigned programs, which includes both labor and material responsibilities.

Specific tasks will include (but are not limited to):

• Setting up manufacturing budgets (both labor and material) and executing earned‑value requirements for both
• Leading proposals, including authoring basis‑of‑estimates (BOEs)
• Leading new program launches and guiding the team through end‑item material delivery
• Leading the IPT to ensure quality, on‑budget, and on‑time delivery
• Analyzing and updating program schedules
• Leading the IPT to develop production‑startup requirements
• Executing existing production lines
• Identifying and coordinating implementation of internal process improvements
• Supporting and participating in programmatic and technical reviews, briefings, and meetings

WHO WE ARE

Our Operations Program Management team-about 30 professionals-serves as Control Account Managers (CAMs), overseeing material budgets and labor scopes. We are the primary liaison between Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality and other functions for production and capture programs. By providing seamless support throughout the production lifecycle, we ensure timely delivery of contracted projects. The team keeps factories on schedule, drives momentum, and balances quick wins with long‑term objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Prior Project Management experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) practices, principles, compliance regulations
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools to include performance metric creation
• Ability to develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily priorities
• Experience coordinating tasks and actions with multiple functions

Desired Skills

• Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams
• Experience with SAP/COS, or equivalent Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools
• CAM certification and/or experience
• Bachelor''s degree in an associated discipline
• LM21 Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma training

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
