As a Project Engineer responsible for Program Integration Coordination, you will:

• Ensure end-to-end integration of Operational related activities, including support Program Reviews, Quarterly Reviews, Planning Meetings, Technical Director Reviews, Working Groups.
• Lead/coordinate integration activities at the program level, to include leading Integrated Product Teams.
• Ensure program readiness heading into major milestones, facilitate communication/collaboration across related projects and SSP customers to reduce programmatic risk and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
• Help develop timely resolution plans of issues, compliance evidence, and all associated documentation.
• Help resolve systems engineering and program execution issues quickly to support leadership and customer needs.
• Ensure proper coordination/balance of cost, schedule, and technical impacts across activities in a manner that supports schedules.
• General duties will include project management functions such as program planning, contract interpretation, and system integration, as well as cost and risk management.

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Familiarity with operation activities within aerospace or a related industry
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical, operational leads and multiple Strategic System Partners (SSP) customers to manage cost, schedule, and technical scopes
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with FBM Eastern Range Operations activities
• Familiarity with FBM Infrastructure activities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Familiarity with Navy SSP, NOTU, CCSFS and KSC Customers
• Experience with a combination of design, test, operations and engineering disciplines
• DoD TS clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
