My client is fully employee-owned with strong leadership to support their consistent project backlog.Job DescriptionAssist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project goals.Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Support in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project life cycle.Contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
