Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Coordinates end-to-end planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of diverse projects within an assigned area of responsibility.

• Partners with end users to identify pain points and document requirements for solutions.

• Designs, develops, and implements solutions and process improvements in alignment with company standards.

• Ensures technical developments are properly scheduled and design or test problems are resolved efficiently.

• Translates business goals into measurable KPIs.

• Leverages user feedback to drive continuous improvement and higher adoption of implemented solutions.

• Uses basic coding knowledge for quick prototyping and automation of routine tasks.

• Uses JIRA for project management and change management, including development of training materials.

• Performs cost avoidance and savings calculation, benefit realization, ROI analysis, and quantifies cost avoidance opportunities.

• May require business travel for project coordination.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain Security Clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• At least 5-7 years of experience with basic coding knowledge for quick prototyping and automation of routine tasks.

• At least 5-7 years of experience with JIRA project management and change management, including development of training materials.

• At least 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in cost avoidance and savings calculation, benefit realization, ROI analysis, and quantifying cost avoidance opportunities.
