-Readandunderstandplans,specifications,andotherconstructiondocuments.
-Defineprojectscopeandidentifyprojectresourcesforprojects.
-Preparepreconstructiondocuments.
-Assistprojectmanagersindevelopingprojectschedules,budgets,andquality assurance plans.
-Planandsuperviseday-to-dayjobsiteactivities.
-Communicateprojectscopewithforemen.
-Actasthemainpointofcontactfortheproject.
Qualifications:
-Knowledgeofconstructionprinciples,techniques,andprocedures.
-Minimumof1yearofexperienceinroofing-specificconstruction.
-Flexibilitywithtravelrequirementsandovertimeasnecessary.
-DegreeinConstructionManagement,CivilEngineering,orotherEngineeringdisciplines
preferred.
-ProficiencyinMSOfficeandgeneralcomputerskills.
-Experiencewiththefollowingsoftwareispreferredbutnotrequired:
