Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionCreate and manage the project budget, ensuring accurate assignment of cost codes. Develop and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. Review project RFIs and provide the architect with recommended options. Develop and maintain the project schedule, overseeing all change requests. Demonstrate expertise in leading subcontractor project meetings. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among subcontractors. Support business development by maintaining positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure quality standards and enforce the project safety plan.
