The Project Engineer supports the successful delivery of heavy civil and water/wastewater construction projects by coordinating field activities, managing project documentation, and assisting with budgeting and cost control. Work Environment
This is a salaried position primarily supporting projects located in and around Yuma, Peoria, Glendale, and the greater Phoenix metro area. Typical projects include water and wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, booster stations, reclamation facilities, and other heavy civil infrastructure. The Project Engineer will spend the majority of their time in the field on active project sites, working closely with field leadership and project teams. Standard hours are generally Monday through Friday, either 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexibility required to adjust based on project demands. The role does not require out-of-state travel, offering stability and consistency in location. The work environment combines field-based activity with the use of standard office technologies and software tools to support planning, coordination, and reporting.
