Project Engineer (PE license)

They also provide design for major tasks within projects which are managed by others. Project Engineers are required to provide input into preparation of the proposals, budgets, and schedules for new project opportunities. They manage production profitability; assist with quality control procedures and liaison with clients. Project Engineers may also serve as Project Team Leaders directing day to day technical requirements of staff.Job Responsibilities:Provide supervision of technical work performed by others.Coordinate technical work among departments.Perform duties necessary to develop design documents, studies and/or reports in accordance with appropriate standards.Have direct contact with clients where applicable.Assist in the coordination of subconsultant activities.Participate in presentations such as public meetings.Monitor compliance with scope of work.Implement quality control / quality assurance procedures.Monitor project schedules and budgets.
