Shape the environments where world-class care happens. As a Project Engineer in Facilities Planning & Design, your work directly supports the spaces that enable healing, innovation, and patient experience.
In this full-time, hybrid role (2 days onsite in Palo Alto), you’ll be at the center of project coordination for planning and design of healthcare capital projects—keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward. You’ll manage documentation, support contracts and invoices, and coordinate meetings and schedules while partnering with project managers, architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes. Success means staying organized, detail-driven, and proactive across multiple priorities.

A Brief Overview
Plans, organizes, manages and is responsible for all document control and distribution processes and systems for Facilities Services, including all construction project-related documentation received from and sent to the contractor, architect, and internal staff from initial planning and early development of a project through its completion.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $55.85 - $74.00 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
