Builtech?is currently seeking a?Project Engineer?ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.??
Responsibilities:??
- Distribute new or updated drawings and specifications.??
- Research drawing interpretations, problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors.??
- Research,?transmit?and monitor RFI's.??
- Prepare and?monitor?a submittal log?in accordance with?the project schedule and specifications.??
- Attend and document project meetings.??
- Manage the close-out process.??
- Assist?with change order documentation and compilation.??
- Support onsite safety programs to?maintain?a safe?jobsite?per the requirements of OSHA and the?Builtech?Safety Plan.??
Requirements:??
- Bachelor?s Degree is preferred but not?required?(preferably in Construction Management or?Engineering)??

- Knowledge and?proficiency?in the following computer software systems: MS Office, MS Project and?preferably, Procore??
- Leadership skills?including?self-awareness, time management, positivity, assertiveness, delegation,?negotiation, and organization??
- Willingness to travel to job sites (locally or nationally) as needed???
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time??
- The ability to constantly?operate?a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as?computer keyboards, copy machines, and computer printers??
- The ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight office items like supplies or equipment??
- Valid driver?s license??

Compensation: $75,000-90,000+++
