Job Title: Project Engineer II
Location: Lake County, IL (100% Onsite)

Job Description:

• Lead and coordinate Use-Related Risk Analysis (URRA) activities.
• Support Systems Engineering, Design Controls, Risk Management, and Traceability.
• Develop and maintain DHF and Design Control documentation.
• Work closely with Human Factors, Quality, Clinical, R&D, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support FMEA, requirements, system architecture, and change management activities.
• Experience with medical devices, combination products, or pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 14971, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations is a plus.
