    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.

    • Prepare cost estimates, funding requests, and contractor work packages.

    • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and design deliverables.

    • Manage project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and MOC requirements.

    • Support procurement, vendor selection, equipment reviews, and contractor oversight.

    • Provide technical leadership during construction, outages, turnarounds, commissioning, and startup.

    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.

    Position Summary

    The Project Engineer leads maintenance, reliability, equipment replacement, and sustaining capital projects in industrial facilities. Responsibilities include project development, scope definition, estimating, engineering coordination, procurement support, construction oversight, and startup activities. This role works closely with operations, maintenance, contractors, and engineering teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with technical requirements.
