Job Details

What You'll Do:
  • Review project plans, proposals, and site logistics plans
  • Assist in developing project schedules, milestones, and critical path timelines
  • Maintain accurate as-built construction documents onsite
  • Support the Superintendent in monitoring subcontractor progress and efficiency
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up reports
  • Lead site walk-throughs with owners, architects, and inspectors
  • Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, samples, time sheets, and punch lists
  • Assist with tracking project costs, cost codes, and potential change orders
  • Support the site-specific safety plan and maintain jobsite cleanliness
  • Coordinate material purchases and ensure permits/inspections are completed

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of construction-related work or internship experience preferred
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills; Microsoft Project experience a plus
  • Ability to read drawings, interpret codes, and understand building design phases
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and/or BIM a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
