Project Engineer
The Project Engineer will report to senior project leadership and play a critical role in supporting project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. This Project Engineer position offers significant exposure to operations, coordination, and client-facing activities.
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction projects
- Manage project documentation, submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and drawing distribution
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain schedules and project milestones
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, procurement activities, and change management processes
- Monitor project progress and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
- Support quality control, safety compliance, and project closeout activities
- Participate in project meetings and provide accurate reporting on project status and deliverables

For the Project Engineer we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred
- Experience supporting commercial construction projects as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role
- Exposure to healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, education, restaurant, mission-critical, or commercial construction projects is desirable
- Strong document control and project coordination experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software platforms
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
