Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction projects.
Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Assist with project scheduling, planning, and coordination activities.
Track project budgets, costs, and procurement processes.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Utilize Procore and other technology platforms to maintain project records and reporting.
Participate in Lean Construction initiatives and pull-planning sessions.
Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Support industrial, warehouse, logistics, and distribution center construction projects.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant:
3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar construction management role.
Experience working on commercial, industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution center projects.
Strong knowledge of construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project coordination.
Familiarity with construction management software, preferably Procore.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with increased responsibility and autonomy.
Desire to grow into Project Management, Senior Project Management, or Operations leadership roles.
Must be located in or open to relocating to the Las Vegas area.
