Project Engineer - Commercial & Industrial Projects

An exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to support complex industrial and commercial redevelopment projects across the Cleveland area. This role offers hands-on involvement from preconstruction through project delivery on high-profile, large-scale developments.

Description

• Support project execution from planning, budgeting, and procurement through construction closeout
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, municipal agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Track schedules, project costs, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation
• Assist with site inspections, progress reporting, quality control, and safety compliance
• Contribute to redevelopment, build-to-suit, and industrial conversion projects across the portfolio

Profile

A successful Project Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 1-4 years of construction, engineering, or development experience
• Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and project controls
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms
