Description

The Project Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all projects are built according to drawings and specifications
  • Managing the distribution and coordination of RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensuring all material orders are properly executed
  • Maintaining daily project documentation and paperwork
  • Tracking project schedules and meeting key deadlines
  • Maintaining workflow and strong relationships with subcontractors
  • Organizing and maintaining field documents (drawings, specifications, etc.)
  • Coordinating subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Actively participating in company training sessions
  • Ensuring site superintendents maintain clean and safe job sites

Profile

The Successful Project Engineering Applicant will have:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • At least 1+ year of experience working for a General Contractor
  • Experience working on projects in occupied spaces (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
