Project Engineer

The Project Engineer supports project execution through contract setup project administration and field coordination to help ensure successful delivery of construction projects. This roleassistswithmaintainingproject data in the PMIS preparing bid packages managing submittals and RFIs supporting the permit process andmaintainingaccurateproject documentation throughout the life of the project. The Project Engineer is also regularly present on site tomonitorconstruction activities inspect material deliveries attend production and safety meetings and support daily coordination among the project team client trade contractors and design partners. In this role the Project Engineer helps track schedule progress material deliveries trade contractor installation QAQC compliance procurement activities and change management efforts while also contributing to project close-out. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills sound organizational and prioritization abilities and a client-focused collaborative approach. The Project Engineer playsan important rolein promoting Skanskas culture safety standards and commitment to Injury-Free Environment and Care for Life initiatives.
