Summary
Balfour Beatty is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Carolinas Division in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented professional eager to start a career in construction project management. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in all phases of construction and serves as the foundation for future growth within Balfour Beatty's project operations track.
As a Project Engineer, you'll work closely with project leadership to assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination between team members, subcontractors, and clients. You'll gain exposure to multiple construction disciplines while developing the technical, organizational, and leadership skills needed to manage projects successfully.
