As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering geotechnical engineering solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for managing and executing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing technical expertise. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and lead geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion.
Provide geotechnical design parameters for shallow and deep foundations, retaining structures, and other geotechnical elements.
Conduct field investigations, soil testing, and laboratory analyses.
Prepare technical reports and engineering recommendations for clients.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) guidelines.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Mentor and guide less experienced engineers and technicians on the team.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in geotechnical engineering.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong technical background.
A valid NY PE (Professional Engineer) license is required.
