Responsibilities

• Support PMs with RFIs, submittals, and document control

• Help with buyout, scheduling, and cost tracking

• Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, and field teams

• Attend project meetings and keep meeting minutes

• Learn the full project lifecycle with a clear path to PM

Requirements

• 0–3 years of construction experience (internships count)

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

• Comfort with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office

• Strong written and verbal communication
