    Project Document Controller (PDC)
    Job Summary
    The Project Document Controller (PDC) is a key member of the project team responsible for managing and monitoring project documentation while providing operational assistance to the Project Manager. The responsibilities of this role are structured as approximately 50% Project Document Control and 50% Administrative Support.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    Document Control (50%):
    Adhere to and enforce Roche policies and procedures for documentation
    Implement project document management procedures and systems, project document management training and (kick-off) workshops for project management team and/ or contractor
    Develop and update the Project Document Controls & BIM Plan in CAPEX Projects. BIM Plan development with support from Design Manager.
    Archive files and ensure that all team members have access to necessary documentation and maintains user access.
    Establish and maintain electronic Document Management Workflows
    Set up document status tracking based on milestones with (look ahead and overdue documents) for efficient document management and visibility of planned versus actual document delivery.
    Responsible for document handover to Roche site repository, ensuring Roche site standards and requirements are met
    Administrative Support (50%):
    Manage site onboarding process for badging and IT support
    Coordinate visitor access and escort visitors as needed
    Assign training and track training completion status.
    Manage calendar scheduling and meeting arrangements for the project team.
    Provide general project administrative support and assist the Project Managers with routine operational tasks.
    Typical Minimum Requirements for a PDC
    Education / Experience:
    Technical Expertise in engineering, business administration or equivalent field or work
    2-5 years work experience as PDC
    Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:
    Project Documentation in CAPEX Projects - Client Autodesk Construction Cloud (repository) is the system used
    Proficiency in using MS-Office applications, Google Suite and CAPEX document mgmt system
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
