Description

  • Builds and maintains project level staff at appropriate levels and coordinates with human resources.
  • Coordinates with procurement to optimize project purchasing.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with owners and other vested parties, understanding their needs and expectations and deliver solutions that exceed their requirements and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates performance of staff members.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Presents financial, human resource and operational data in project review meetings.
  • Tracks claims and change orders to ensure they are providing adequate compensation.
  • Builds a safety culture by implementing and supporting safety programs and practices and holding individuals accountable.
  • Oversees new project start-up.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
