Position Information
Description & Details:
RHT APP Rural Residency: The Project Director oversees planning, implementation, and evaluation of the APP Rural Residency. The role supports the research grants and facilitation of the program. Key responsibilities include managing grant activities and budgets, leading communication among project team members, building clinical relationships, curriculum and content development, and participating in research activities.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 12-month, Staff Position
Hiring Range: $115,000 - $140,000
Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
Minimum Qualifications:
An unencumbered, active APRN license and eligibility for licensure in ND OR current APRN license and eligibility for licensing in the state of ND
Active NP certification
Master's degree in Nursing
Effective oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to organize project tasks to assure that deliverables are completed within designated time frames
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated professional aptitude and competency

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, writing, and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, document preparation
Must be able to work flexible and extended hours (travel throughout the state required, occasionally overnight)
Valid driver's license
